Everything you need to turn a table into consistent, scannable labels.

01

Import your CSV or Excel file

Use the first row as column names, or create a blank table and add columns yourself.

02

Choose encoded columns

Select one or more columns in the exact order they should be encoded into the QR code or barcode.

03

Select visible key/value fields

Choose the human-readable fields printed under the code. Each label defaults to the original column name.

04

Print or export labels

Pick a sheet template or thermal dimensions, check the preview, and export a print-ready document.

Quick checks

Before you print

  • Fix rows marked invalid before generating the final export.
  • Print at 100% scale and disable “Fit to page” in the print dialog.
  • Test one page on plain paper before loading label stock.
  • Keep at least 4 mm of quiet space around QR codes.
